Job Description
We are looking for a responsible Accounts / Finance Executive to support the finance team in managing accounts receivable and payment operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable (AR) and follow up on customer payments
- Monitor overdue invoices and collection status
- Assist in preparing Statement of Accounts (SOA) and payment reminders
- Handle payment processing and fund management
- Reconcile incoming payments and update accounting records
- Support daily finance operations and reporting
- Coordinate with sales team regarding customer payment status
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Minimum 12 years accounting or finance experience
- Experience in AR management or collections is preferred
- Familiar with Excel and accounting systems
- Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently
