Accounts Executive

About the role

Seeking a proactive Accounts Executive to join the dynamic team at T & T Medical Group Pte Ltd, located in the Orchard Central Region. This full-time position is crucial in supporting the company's accounting and finance functions, ensuring accurate financial records and efficient processes.

What you'll be doing

1. Responsible for processing and manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions, including processing payments.

2. Following up payments closely from customers and maintain ageing.

3. Handle supplier SOA and perform necessary reconciliation.

4. Processing bank reconciliation and manual journal posting entries to the XERO accounting system.

5. Prepare month end reports and closing activities.

6. Handling of full set account closing.

7. Prepare and submit quarterly GST

8. Undertake additional tasks & responsibilities as and when required or instructed by superiors and director.

What we're looking for

1. Min 2-3 years of relevant working experience in the field of Accounting/Finance with strong accounting knowledge.

2. Possesses at least a Degree in Accounting and Finance or equivalent.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.

4. Proficient in XERO accounting software.

5. Able to work independently and communicate effectively with both external and internal parties with positive working attitude.

6. Preferably Singaporean citizens or Permanent Resident.
