The incumbent is responsible for some accounting functions, provision of support to business units, generating reports, and other ad hoc and admin duties

Finance and Accounting
- Assist in preparation of journals for month end closing
- Assist in preparation of balance sheet reconciliations for accruals and intercompany GL accounts
- Updating of monthly financial performance slides and performing variance analysis
- Assist in operational admin matters such as preparation of provision of bank statements, processing of refunds to customers
- Assist on preparation of schedules and ad hoc reports
- Processing invoices for payment
- Performing UAT on system enhancements and conduct regular testing to ensure that backend system accounting entries comply with accounting principle
- Assist in quarterly budgeting and forecasting exercise
- Liaising with CFUs on accounting and admin matter
Skills to Succeess
- Diploma in Accounting or equivalent from a recognized Polytechnic
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience
- Experienced in Business Partnering, Accounting, Financial Planning
- Strong Excel skills
- Organised and meticulous. Good interpersonal and communication skills, team player who is able to work independently, and able to ability to manage different workstreams concurrently
