Responsibilities
- Collect, sort, and distribute incoming mails and documents
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally with suppliers, subcontractors, clients, and internal staff
- Perform accurate data entry for invoices, receipts, payments, claims, and expenses
- Prepare and Follow up with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
- Prepare payment vouchers, petty cash records, and process credit card reimbursement entries
- Maintain proper filing and organisation of financial and administrative documents
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments regarding invoices, payment matters, and supporting documents
- Assist in month-end closing activities and audit preparation
- Provide general administrative and accounting support as assigned by the Finance Department
Requirement - Responsible, meticulous, and able to work independently
- Willingness to learn with a positive working attitude
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Prior experience in the construction industry will be an added advantage
- Familiarity with ERP/accounting software will be an added advantage
