Job Summary
Perform comprehensive accounting and corporate secretarial tasks to support client financial reporting and compliance, contributing to accurate financial management and regulatory adherence.
Responsibilities
- Manage full set of basic accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger for clients to ensure accurate financial records
- Reconcile monthly balance sheets to verify financial accuracy and completeness
- Prepare and submit GST returns quarterly to IRAS in compliance with tax regulations
- Compile management accounts and financial statements to support client decision-making
- Prepare schedules for corporate tax computation to facilitate timely and accurate tax filing
- Draft and assist in preparing corporate secretarial documents such as board and shareholder resolutions to maintain regulatory compliance
- Maintain statutory registers and corporate secretarial records to ensure up-to-date corporate filings
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Relevant work experience in accounting or secretarial services (preferred but not essential as training will be provided)
- Positive attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to learn

- Flexible working hours with a minimum commitment of 12 hours per week
- Office located within walking distance from Jurong East MRT
