Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Executive

Job Description

Our Accounting Firm needs you to perform the following for our clients:

• Handle full sets of accounts for SMEs client
• Computing Taxation for corporation with its related schedules and submission of Form C/C-S
• Compilation of the Unaudited Financial Report in accordance to the Singapore Financial Report Standard
• GST report and filling
• Possibly leading a small team and to guide and impart skills and knowledge
• Liaise with auditor
• Related duties assigned by the management
• To be able to communicate with client independently
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree in accounting / Ongoing ACCA / ACCA graduates or equivalent
• At least 1 - 3 years full set account processing experience
• Good understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance and accounting principles

. Proficient in Microsoft Excel(including VLookup and Pivot Table) advantageous

Experience with accounting software(QuickBooks and Xero) is an advantage

Proficient in XBRL (eXtensible BusinessReporting Language) advantageous

. Positive attitude, meticulous andsomeone with initiative

• Eager to learn and able to work independently under pressure

. Possess strong honesty, integrityand confidentiality

. Good communications andinterpersonal skills, able to speak Mandarin is an advantage (to liaise withChinese speaking associates)
