Accounts Executive (Remote/Hybrid)

Headquartered in Singapore, our company develops and operates Asia's leading trading platform for Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs). We offer a one-stop ecosystem for RECs, supporting clients through the full REC lifecycle - asset registration, verification, marketplace and retirement.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support our finance operations. This role will involve managing accounting records, supporting financial reporting, and assisting with compliance matters.

This position reports to the Senior Finance Manager and works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.

The role is suitable for someone who enjoys working independently while being part of a supportive and collaborative team.

Job Descriptions

. Maintain accounting records including GL, AP/AR and bank reconciliations

. Assist with full or partial set of accounts

. Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow reports and forecasts

. Process vendor payments, staff reimbursements and invoices

. Support preparation of monthly financial reports and P&L statements

. Assist with GST filing and other regulatory submissions

. Maintain organised accounting documentation and schedules

. Support audit preparation and financial reporting activities

. Ensure compliance with relevant Singapore statutory requirements

Additional Responsibilities

. Maintain proper financial documentation and filing on the company server

. Support general finance administration and reporting

. Assist with payroll processing when required (advantageous but not mandatory)

Requirements:

. Diploma or bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

. Around 2 - 4 years of accounting experience

. Familiar with Singapore statutory requirements such as GST, CPF and IRAS submissions

. Experience with Xero accounting software is an advantage

. Proficient in Microsoft Office / Excel

. Organised, responsible and comfortable working in a remote or hybrid environment

. Able to manage confidential information with professionalism
