Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.

- Prepare regular financial reports including P&L, statement of accounts, cash flow reports

- Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end closing procedures.

- Support the finance team with KYC processes and administrative tasks.

- Help ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.

What You'll Bring:

- A strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

- Experience in Xero would be a plus.

- A willingness to learn and grow in your accounting career.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in shipping
