Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting functions. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full or partial sets of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Well versed with XERO SYSTEM
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts
- Managing payroll
- prepare P&L, Balance sheets , sales reports
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and relevant authorities when required
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Support payroll processing and statutory submissions (e.g., CPF, IRAS, ACRA, XBRL)
