Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic team as an Accounts Executive, where you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining accounting accuracy and supporting financial operations. Bring your expertise to enhance financial reporting and budget management.

Responsibilities

Supervise and guide Accounts Assistants to ensure the timely and accurate completion of accounting tasks.
Review outgoing payments and related journal entries to ensure compliance and accuracy within the accounting system.
Assist in the preparation and consolidation of the annual budget.
Liaise with external tax agents for corporate income tax computations and manage other tax-related matters, including Section 45 withholding tax.
Perform monthly Controlling (CO) costing closing processes utilizing the SAP system.
Assist in analyzing and preparing monthly management reports.
Review and submit quarterly GST returns to IRAS and assist in interim and year-end audit activities.
Coordinate stock take activities and perform annual physical inventory counts to reconcile inventory records.
Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the Finance Manager or Management to support departmental objectives.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or an equivalent qualification is required.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the accounting field is essential.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is mandatory.
Familiarity with the SAP accounting system is necessary.
Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and excellent interpersonal skills are required.
Candidates available for immediate start will be prioritized.
