Responsibilities
- Processing all general overheads accounting entries, including Rep office accounting, payment processing, AP, AR, GL, and prepare schedules for PL & BS for closing.
- Performing and checking weekly data interfacing with trade accounts team, perform matching and other outstanding trade tasks including liaising with the trade accounts team.
- Assisting in daily Cash Flow matters & preform monthly bank reconciliation.
- Assisting in original and revised budget overheads preparation.
- Assisting in quarterly GST reporting, MSI-SSS annual reporting, and interim/annual audit queries.
- Participating in accounting related systems projects, and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- Possesses a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent, with at least 2 years of accounting experience in full set
- Hands on, willing to learn and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Excel
