Liaise with clients and suppliers on accounting matters.
Maintain all audit schedules, including the fixed assets register, AR and AP aging, accruals and other payables, inventory movement, prepayments and other receivables etc.
Ensure proper housekeeping and filing of all necessary financial records.
Support other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
Diploma in Accounting or a professional qualification, with a minimum of 3 years experience in handling a full set of accounts.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge of QuickBooks is preferred.
Strong communication skills are essential.
Mature, self-motivated, and able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Possess strong analytical skills, good time management, and attention to detail.
Ability to start work at short notice will be an advantage.
