Job Summary
Manage financial transactions and support accounting operations to ensure accurate bookkeeping and timely reporting within a dynamic facilities solutions environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes to maintain accurate financial records
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations to verify and resolve discrepancies in financial accounts
- Prepare and process payments to suppliers on a monthly and ad-hoc basis to ensure timely settlements
- Process monthly staff claims accurately and in compliance with company policies
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of yearly statutory audits to support regulatory compliance
- Execute additional ad-hoc accounting duties as assigned to support the finance team's objectives
- Meet tight deadlines for monthly financial closing by organizing and prioritizing accounting tasks
- Work independently under pressure while maintaining meticulous attention to detail in financial data
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification (as stated: Min diploma in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification)
- Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience (as stated: At least 3 years of book keeping experience)

- Good knowledge of accounting entries to accurately record financial transactions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve accounting issues
