Accounts Executive (Accounts Payable)

About the role

Responsible for Accounts Payable functions in the company.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure completeness of supporting documents for supplier invoices

• Timely and accurate keying in of supplier invoices

• Processing supplier payments

• Monthly reconciling of suppliers statement of accounts

• Maintains proper filing and documentation of accounting records

• Ad hoc assignments as required

About you

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields

• At least 2 years experience in Accounts Payable function

• Proficient in MYOB accounting software preferred

• Meticulous, detail oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines

• Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
