Accounts Executive

Job Description

. Generate month end closing reports for Singapore and report to your supervisor

. Prepare GST reporting and submission

. Able to generate on Annual Report, XBRL submission and Tax computation

. Review of internal control on a Monthly basis

. Prepare monthly cash flow projection

. Update daily cash flow

. Update weekly liquidity statements on cash projections on receipts and payments

. Check and Verify on Sales Revenue key by Sales Team, Especially on GST and also highlight the potential errors.

. Prepare yearly Budget and consolidation of data received.

. Perform financial analysis for budget review

. Prepare monthly payroll, CPF submission, and other HR submissions, i.e. Government grants

. Annual IR8A submission and IR21 submission for foreign workers

Position requirements:

. At least 1 years experience in Accounting including some auditing experience preferred

. Experience in handling accounting for E-commerce company in Singapore preferred

. Hands-on Experience with accounting software preferably Odoo and Quickbook

. Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel such as vlookup, pivot table

. Good Knowledge of SFRS reporting standards

. Meticulous, possess good interpersonal skills and is a team player

. Those who are available immediately will be preferred
