Duties and Responsibilities
General Ledger
• Prepare financial reports and Hong Kong financial report pack.
• Prepare audit schedule.
• Prepare Bank Reconciliation.
• Intercompany reconciliation
• GST preparation & filing.
• Prepare monthly journal.
• Assist in forecast, budget and 5 years plan.
• Liaise with internal/external auditor, company secretary etc.
• Any ad hoc assignment.
Fixed Asset management (full spectrum)
• Create new FA.
• Disposal of Fixed Asset.
• Match invoices, make sure FA s are approved by all authorised signatures.
• Capex system maintenance.
• Fixed asset tagging.
• Fixed asset counting & housekeeping.
Others
• Government statistics.
• Contracts controller.
