Job Description

Job Summary:

The Accounts Executive in the Finance Department is responsible for managing and maintaining client accounts, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting the CFO in financial reporting, analysis, and account management. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, handling client inquiries and assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and other finance-related projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven, with strong communication and financial management skills.

Job Responsibilities

. Handle Accounts Payable invoices, vouchers, and payment requests accurately and timely.

. Manage correspondence via phone and email professionally.

. Process staff e-claims and reimbursements in compliance with company policies.

. Assist in the preparation of monthly financial status reports and support month-end closing activities.

. Perform ad-hoc finance and administrative duties as assigned.

. Calculate, reconcile, and verify customer and supplier account balances to ensure accuracy.

. Collect and organize business records required for banking and financial processes.

. Perform month-end closing activities, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.

. Enter accurate data into the accounting system in a timely manner.

. Record and process payroll transactions.

. Generate and analyze reports from the accounting system for management use.

. Maintain accurate financial records and statements in accordance with company standards.

. Record and process all business transactions, including:

a) Inventory, accruals, prepayments, capital structure, and finance costs.

b) Sales, purchases, receivables, payables, and cash transactions.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management, finance, or client servicing (1-3 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting/CRM software.
  • Results-driven with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and client satisfaction.
