. Handle full set of accounts (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger) using Xero

. Perform daily bookkeeping and data entry in Xero

. Manage bank reconciliations and ensure timely updates

. Prepare monthly financial reports, including P&L and balance sheet

. Monitor cash flow, expenses, and cost control

. Handle GST filing and ensure compliance with Singapore regulations

. Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretary

. Support inventory tracking and cost management (retail & studio operations)

. Assist in budgeting and financial planning
