- Position : Accounts Executive (Full Set & GST)
- Location : Changi Airfreight (With WFH Flexibility to be discussed)
- Working hours : 5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday: 8.30AM to 5.30PM
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Transport Allowance

Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts including AR, AP, GL, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and schedules.
- Manage GST computation and submission in compliance with IRAS regulations.
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts while ensuring accurate documentation.
- Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow.
- Maintain proper accounting records and filing systems.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and banks when required.
- Assist with year-end audit and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Support ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably handling full set of accounts.
- Experience with GST preparation and submission in Singapore.
- Familiar with accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
