Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing (Water Treatment)
- Position Title: Accounts Executive (Full set)
- Working Location: Tuas West Road (Transportation provided from Boon Lay MRT)
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday-Friday, 8AM-5:30PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Transport Allowance + PB + VB + Birthday Leave + Medical & Dental Benefits
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a full set of accounts, including AR, AP, GL, and month-end closing
- Perform day-to-day data processing and transaction entries
- Prepare quarterly GST reconciliation and submissions
- Generate monthly financial and management reports
- Participate in annual stock take exercises
- Support cash flow monitoring and accounts receivables management
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks and finance-related projects as assigned

- Minimum Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with full set of accounts
- Proficient in accounting software (ERP systems preferred)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions and data analysis)
- Mature, independent, and self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Positive learning attitude and strong team player
