Accounts Executive, Financial Services Firm (Singapore) (CLOSED)

A growing financial services firm is seeking an Accounts Executive to support its Singapore finance operations. This role offers broad exposure across bookkeeping, financial reporting, taxation, payroll, GST, and audit support.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform full-set bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and trial balance preparation.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports.
• Assist with XBRL financial reporting and statutory filings.
• Support corporate and individual tax computations.
• Prepare GST returns and payroll processing.
• Liaise with external auditors during year-end audits.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Ensure timely completion of accounting and compliance deadlines.
• Support process improvements and finance administration.
• Assist with ad-hoc accounting and finance projects.

Key Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience. Experience handling Singapore accounting would be advantageous.
• Good understanding of financial reporting, GST, payroll, and audit processes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
