Job Summary
Support company operations by managing administrative and bookkeeping tasks, coordinating with teams for sales reporting, maintaining data accuracy, and assisting credit control and HR functions related to accounts.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, agreements, and operations documentation to support business processes
- Perform bookkeeping tasks including accounts receivable, accounts payable
- Issuing invoices, following up on outstanding payments, managing credit control
- Processing supplier invoices, preparing payments, and ensuring timely settlements
- Assisting with quarterly GST submission report
- Analyze weekly ageing reports and execute credit control actions to manage outstanding payments effectively
- Assist with HR-related functions connected to accounts to support organizational needs
- Support the Finance Manager with day-to-day operations and ad-hoc duties as required
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum Nitec certificate or diploma qualification
- Proficient in using MS Office suite to complete administrative and reporting tasks
- Good command of language to communicate effectively in written and verbal formats
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience in accounting/finance
