ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

• Handle full set of accounts
• Handle day to day AP, AR, GL
• Prepayment & Accrual Schedule
• Balance Sheet Schedule
• Maintain of Recoverable and Contra account
• Preparing General Journal Voucher for necessary monthly adjustment
• Bank Reconciliation
• Handle quarterly GST submission and liaison with Tax Agent for tax purpose
• Prepare & update Project Job Costing (PJC)
• Liaison with Auditor for year-end auditing
• Assist to manage the day-to-day finance and accounting functions of the Company and its subsidaries

Pre-requisities

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Ability to produce accurate and quality work within tight deadlines
• Ability to learn and adapt
• Knowledge of ERP system
• Good listening and communications skills
• English: spoken and written
