Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage financial transactions, budgeting, and reporting for our cleaning business. The ideal candidate should have experience in accounting, financial analysis, and compliance, preferably within the cleaning industry, facility management, or related industries.
Financial Operations
Handle AP, AR, GL, and Bank Reconciliations
Prepare monthly
Financial Statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
Manage invoicing, collections, and follow-ups with clients.
Budgeting & Cost Control
Monitor costs, analyze variances, and recommend cost-saving measures.
Track project profitability for cleaning service contracts.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with
Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)and tax regulations (GST)
Liaise with auditors and assist in year-end financial audits.
Prepare reports for Management on Financial Performance.
System / Skill Familiarity Preferred
MYOB software
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of finance/accounting experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word and MYOB accounting software.
Knowledge of GST.
Preferred Skills
Good communication skills for cross-department collaboration.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
