Accounts Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Executive, located in Singapore. The Accounts Executive will manage client accounts, ensure projects align with client requirements, and assist in achieving high customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining client communication, preparing and reviewing financial records, ensuring timely invoicing and payments, liaising with teams to track project progress, and identifying opportunities for improvement within accounts management processes.

• Strong financial management, budgeting, and invoicing skills
• Effective client communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking to optimize account workflows
• Proficiency in accounting software and familiarity with financial regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the interior design or construction industry is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
