JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist senior in administrative support and ad-hoc finance tasks
Second to client's place in providing administrative support independently
Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments, and follow-ups
Maintain accurate financial records and proper filing of accounting documents
Perform data entry for transactions into accounting systems
Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end closing
Prepare payment advise as requested by client
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in Accountancy
Responsible and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Great interpersonal and communication skills, positive working attitude
At least 1-2 years of working experience in relevant roles
