Job Description

  • Bookkeeping for daily transactions. Prefer to have experience in maintaining full sets of accounts.
  • Perform AP/AR function, such as aging report, payment/debts collection etc.
  • Assist manager to prepare monthly and year end management reports, such as bank reconciliation, cashflow forecast, balance sheet schedule.
  • Be responsible for fixed assets register and reconciliation.
  • Ensure correct GST treatment and assist manager on tax relevant matters.
  • Liaise with banker and auditor.
  • Flexible and willing to multi-task.
  • Ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Accounting
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience
  • Good skills in MS Office. Eg. Word, excel
  • Prefer to have knowledge in ERP System
  • Prefer to have experience in construction accounting
  • Multi-tasker, matured and able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Team-player, good coordinator with team members
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
