Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role (with potential WFH flexibility subject to approval) for an Account Executive located in Singapore.

The Account Executive will be responsible for handling accounting and administrative functions, maintaining proper records, and ensuring compliance with local requirements. Day-to-day tasks include managing accounts, preparing financial reports, processing payments, and supporting audits and tax submissions. The Account Executive will also liaise with clients, suppliers, auditors, and government agencies to ensure smooth operations and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Open to Singaporeans, Malaysians, and foreign candidates (Work Permit available)
• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or equivalent
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in accounting or client service
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and local compliance requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel experience with Xero/QuickBooks is a plus
• Independent, responsible, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
