Job Functions & Summary:

Responsible for overseeing accounts receivable team and revenue tracking.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare month end journals and ensure closing meets the targeted timeline.
  • Ensure completeness, timeliness & accuracy of the recording of revenue for all fraternities.
  • Involve in interfacing of other modules text file to backend financial system.
  • Perform income audit on F&B Outlets. Update revenue details in the worksheets.
  • Prepare statement of account for golf professional / coaches / contractors
  • Verify miscellaneous corporate billing invoices.
  • Perform daily checks on revenues and receipts.
  • Handle and follow up on debt collections.
  • Handle and follow up on members enquiries.
  • Handle cheques and update receivable.
  • Amortization of term membership fees.
  • Ensure timely and accurate billing of invoices and credit memos.
  • Data entry of sales invoices (manual chits).
  • Reconciliation and explanation of monthly debtors ageing and collections of outstanding debts.
  • Assist in monthly issuing Statement of Account.
  • Generating of account receivable related reports.
  • Ensure correctness billing on member's status changes.
  • Perform billing of member's minimum spending levy.
  • Perform DBS ideal GIRO collection / new and termination of GIRO members.
  • Assist in financial year-end audit.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirement

  • Good working knowledge of MS Office and Finance related applications.
  • A detailed and meticulous individual.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both oral and written, and positive attitude towards fostering teamwork among associates in support role.
  • Ability to lead, motivate a large team of staff, adapt, embraces strong cultural diversity, work in multi-ethnic teams.
