Responsibilities:
- Ensure suppliers invoices are captured accurately, promptly in accounting system
- Responsible for AP month-end close processes
- Review monthly vendor reconciliation
- Correspond with external vendors on their payment enquiries and assist in vendor dispute resolution
- Review and approve staff claims monthly
- Reconcile and prepare entries for corporate card transactions monthly
- Assist with Bank reconciliation
- Prepare and manage invoicing and credit note for corporate customers
- Update and reconcile daily receipts from corporate customers
- Follow up with corporate customers for payment status
- AR-related month-end closing and reconciliation
- Responsibility to prepare and manage Direct Credit Application form and others vendor form as required from time to time
- Assist with Inventory Reconciliation
- Complete ad-hoc tasks and other duties, as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in AP/AR functions (fresh graduates may be considered).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
