Job Descriptions:
- Prepare Weekly Aging Accounts Report
- Prepare Weekly Aging Payables Report
- Creation of Customer Code and Vendor Code
- Credit Control and weekly preparation of payments to Vendors
- Assisting in weekly Cashforecast
- Follow up on long outstanding debts with customers
- Intercompany reconciliations
- Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions
- Assist with month end closing
- Provide supporting documentation for audits
- Assist the Finance team in the management reporting and financial planning analysis
- Other ad hoc special assignment as and when assigned by the Head of Finance.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting or ACCA.
- Knowledge of accounts receivable or payable
- Knowledge of general accounting procedures
- Knowledge of relevant accounting software
- Proficient in data entry and management
- 1-3 years accounts receivables or general accounting experience
.Good candidate will be cross trained for exposure into other finance function for career development.
