Accounts Executive

As a Finance Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily finance and accounting operations of the company. This includes the preparation of financial statements, managing tax payments, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.

This role is on a 6 months contract with possibility of conversion to a Permanent role.

Job Scope

• Financial Management: Oversee daily finance and accounting operations, including managing accounts receivable and accounts payable
  processes
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and
  standards
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage the company's cash flow to ensure financial stability
• Tax Compliance: Handle tax filings and payments, coordinating with external auditors for annual financial audits
• Quarterly GST filing with IRAS
• Assist in all accounting functions
• Assist in external payroll (Temp & Contract Staff) and its related matters
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by superiors

Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in finance or accounting roles

Skills Required

• Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of financial principles and practices, with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and data management
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate financial information clearly to stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This role is crucial for maintaining the financial stability of the organization and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations.
