Accounts Executive/Accountant

We are a diversified business group with interests in e-commence, construction and trading businesses. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our small finance team based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

. Handle full sets of accounts and day-to-day financial operations

. Prepare year-end financial statements and liaise with auditors to complete annual audit

. Manage group consolidation and shareholders reporting

. Liaise with tax agents and manage overall tax compliance matters, including corporate income tax, GST, etc.

. Liaise with corporate secretary on corporate secretarial matters.

. Perform other ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

. Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification.

. 3-5 years of professional experience in accounting firm.

. Tax professionals who wish to expand their expertise into accounting are welcome to apply.

. Bilingual in English and Mandarin (spoken & written) as this position will need to liaise with China offices

. Possess a positive attitude, strong initiative, and willingness to learn.

. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
