Principal Responsibilities and Duties: . Maintain full set of financial and management reporting functions . Perform day-to-day administrative and finance operations covering invoicing and receivables, payments, and cash-flow management . Prepare and submit GST returns . Maintain petty cash, journal entries, accounting schedules and bank reconciliations . Prepare financial reports on a timely basis for monthly updates to the CFO . Prepare annual budgets and forecasts . Assess current practices and processes and make recommendations for improvements . Liaise with external bankers, auditors, tax consultants and corporate secretarial service providers . Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
Knowledge and Skills: . Diploma in Accounting and Finance with at least 3 years of relevant working experience . Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word) . Hands-on and proactive with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines . Meticulous, resourceful, collaborative and able to work independently . Able to start work immediately
