Requirements :

- Min O Level - Proficient in MS Office - Good Interpersonal skills,analytical meticulous and detailed - Able to multi-tasks and meet deadline - Positive attitude and self motivated - Able to work independently with good initiative

Job Description :

- Involve in both Accounts Receivable and Payable
- To perform administrative duties as assigned
- Data Entry and processing of vendor invoices
- Answering and attending to calls
- To liaise with customers on their payment schedule
- To issue payments to vendors
- Other Adhoc tasks required
