Accounts Executive (6 month contract)

We are working with an Industrial MNC who require an Accounts Executive on a 6-month contract for maternity cover.

• Work hours: 8am - 5pm, fully working from office
• West side, Company transport provided near mrt

Responsiblities:

• Handle full set of accounts (AR/AP/GL)
• Process and verify invoices and payments
• Updating of transactions into ERP system
• Administrative support
• Maintain records and ensure the accuracy of documents for audit and tax purposes
• Other ad-hoc matters

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting/LCCI or equivalent
• Experience in AP and AR is required
• Comfortable in fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work well in a team
• Meticulous
