Ensure and maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries and follow-ups on late payments
Process monthly payroll, including calculating and remitting all necessary taxes and contributions.
Liaise with external accounting firm and government agencies as required
Provide HR related support as required
What We're Looking For
Minimum of 3 years of working experience in an accounting and payroll role, preferably in the service industry
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, payroll processing and statutory requirements
Proficient in using accounting and payroll software, such as Xero accounting software
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
