Accounts cum HR Assistant
- HR duties - recruitment, preparing employment letters, confirmation letters, increment letters, etc
- HR duties - updating and maintain Info-Tech HR systems
- HR Duties - calculations and updating employees leave and hours in lieu records
- HR Duties - prepare Employee's Income Tax and Distributors Income Tax and allowances for Income Tax reporting
- Commission calculations and payments
- Ensure completeness of shipping documents enter purchase and sale invoices
- Stock take reconciliations
- Intercompany reconciliations
- Distributors Wallets reconciliations
- Preparation of Management reports
- Preparation of Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Preparation of GST submission
- Assist in auditing
- Provides back-up to seniors
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting or related fields
- At least 3-4 years of working experience in related field
- Possesses strong analytic and detail-oriented abilities
- Strong work commitment with positive attitude
- Proficient in MS Office
Salary SGD 2900 - SGD 3500
