Job Summary
You will serve as the primary contact for clients from company incorporation onward, managing their corporate secretarial and accounting needs to ensure compliance with Singapore laws and accounting standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the incorporation process by setting up new companies to establish clients legal entities efficiently
- Prepare detailed minutes and resolutions for client meetings to maintain accurate corporate records
- Ensure timely completion and submission of all ACRA filings, including Annual Returns and director changes, to maintain regulatory compliance
- Manage full sets of client accounts by performing bookkeeping and processing accounts payable and receivable to maintain accurate financial records
- Conduct bank reconciliations to verify financial accuracy and prepare simple financial statements for client review
- Apply Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) to ensure all accounting practices comply with local regulations
