Accounts / HR Executive
Location: Penjuru Road
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Schedule: 5-Day Week
Salary: Up to $2,800 per month
Working Hours:
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Able to start work on short notice is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Verify and update suppliers invoices
- Prepare and process payments to suppliers
- Perform regular reconciliation of suppliers accounts
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions
- Check sales and AR-related transactions
- Prepare sales invoices and monitor customer payments
- Generate sales reports
- Prepare payroll and CPF submissions
- Monitor drivers pass validity (e.g. Driving Licence, HAZMAT Licence, Work Permit, PSA Pass, Jurong Pass, Vehicle PSA Pass)
- Maintain employee records (e.g. annual leave, medical leave, personal particulars)
- Monitor company cash flow
- Prepare payment vouchers and receipts
- Track vehicle-related matters (e.g. VPC, road tax, insurance, inspection, season parking)
- Provide general finance and administrative support
- Handle filing and documentation
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Able to communicate effectively with colleagues and suppliers
- Detail-oriented and responsible
- Basic knowledge of accounting functions preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Knowledge of Accounting Software ( ABSS-MYOB ), Payroll ( iHRMS / iSupperSuite)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
