We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Admin Cum Accounts Executive to support daily administrative and accounting operations for both the construction and F&B business sectors. The candidate must be organized, able to multitask, and capable of handling documentation, coordination, and basic finance duties independently.
Administrative Duties
Handle daily administrative and office operations.
Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, delivery orders, and payment claims.
Maintain proper filing and documentation for company records.
Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, customers, and internal teams.
Manage email correspondence, phone enquiries, and scheduling.
Assist in work permit, staff attendance, payroll, and HR-related documentation.
Monitor office supplies and operational requirements.
Support project and restaurant operational coordination when required.
Accounts Duties
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Perform data entry for invoices, receipts, petty cash, and expenses.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor payments.
Assist in monthly financial reports and GST submissions.
Follow up on outstanding payments and supplier invoices.
Maintain accurate accounting records using accounting software.
Assist external accountants and auditors with required documentation.
Construction & F&B Support
Assist in project costing, subcontractor claims, and procurement documentation for construction works.
Monitor inventory, stock purchases, and supplier invoices for restaurant operations.
Support daily sales reconciliation and POS records for F&B outlets.
Coordinate operational and administrative matters across both industries.
Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
Preferably with experience in construction and/or F&B industry.
Familiar with Microsoft Office, Excel, and accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of GST, payroll, and Singapore administrative procedures is an advantage.
