Responsibilities:
- Able to handle full set of accounts, prepare monthly closing & financial reports independently.
- Maintain master data and verify transactions in accounting system.
- Accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets and inventory.
- Prepare company tax computation and quarterly submit GST to IRAS.
- Close P&L, balance sheet and prepare audit schedules.
- Handle HR functions - Payroll, CPF, IR8A, recruitment, work passes for foreign workers.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Singaporean / PR
- Bilingual in English & Chinese (liaise with Chinese speaking customers).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in full sets of Accounts.
- Able to multitask and work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer knowledge.
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics Navision software.
- Able to start work immediately or in short notice is an advantage.
- Working hours: 5 Working days Mon to Fri (8.30am-6.00pm)
