Responsible for daily operations of Accounting (AP & AR) /Admin functions.
Focus and responsible for coordination/ management of invoices, outstanding payment. Ensure the financial data is captured in a timely and accurate manner.
Manage employee reimbursements.
Taking charge of stationery and pantry order.
Manage corporate gifting.
Assist in maintain Company's rules & regulations and 5S best practices.
Assist to drive employee's engagement activities of Company event and teambuilding activities.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma in Accountancy, LCCI or other Professional Accounting Certificates or its equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Hans-on, organized, self-driven and detailed oriented.
Able to multitask in a fast-paced working environment.
