MUST able to communicate with Mandarin speaking associates
- Handle Full set Accounts (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger)
- Sorting and data entry
- Prepare General Journal document for entries
- Checking of the monthly general ledger before the Manager generates the P&L report
- Checking/preparing quarterly GST submission
- Liaise with Clients for statements, follow up on debtors payments and other related matters
- Monthly reconciliation of bank statements
- Handle inventory costing
- Maintain the fixed assets
- Maintain an efficient and systematic filing system
- Renewal of licenses and handling of contract records
- Other administrative duties
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of Admin and Accounting experience in a relevant field
- Possesses a minimum Diploma certification or its equivalent
- Possesses knowledge of Business Central will be an added advantage
- Able to communicate with English and Mandarin-speaking associates
- Proficient in Microsoft, UBS, SAP or EMAS
- Able to work independently
- Possesses good and positive working attitude
