We are a shipping company looking for an Accounts cum Admin Executive who can keep our office running smoothly while supporting accounts, issuing invoices and managing the general office supplies.
Job Scope:
- Assist in collecting the vendor invoices , preparing and processing invoices.
- Simple bookkeeping tasks, including following up and collect the payment from the customers.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination.
- Handle general communication such as answering phone calls and managing emails.
- Maintain filing systems (both electronic and physical) for administrative and accounting documents.
- Provide general assistance to the team and management for administrative or finance-related projects and tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Understand simple shipping terms
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- With/ without experience is welcome, training will be provided
