Job description
- Provide accounting support to the Finance Manager on general accounting tasks, including preparation of journal entries and processing of invoices and payments
- Handle finance-related matters and assist with day-to-day accounting operations
- Perform general administrative duties as assigned, such as scanning and filing of documents
- Assist with logistics coordination, including arranging for goods collection and delivery
Requirements
- NITEC / Diploma in Accounting or a related field
- Relevant experience in general accounting is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Willing to take on general administrative responsibilities
- Meticulous, responsible, and positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Benefits
- Basic salary of up to S$2,500 per month
- 5-day work week (Monday to Friday), office hours from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
