We are looking for a detail-oriented and pro-active Accounts cum Admin Assistant to provide administrative and accounting support to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will assist with financial record-keeping, office administration, and general support to management and staff.
Accounts Support
- Handle daily data entry of invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses into the accounting system.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, bank reconciliations, and reports.
- Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records.
Administrative Support
- Perform general office administration, including answering calls, handling correspondence, and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, liaising with vendors when necessary.
- Prepare reports, letters, and other documents as required
- Assist in coordinating meetings and company events
