Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Issuing daily invoices using Xero Accounting Software
  • Updating payment of invoices and send reminder to aging AR
  • Processing Staff Claims
  • Replenishing office pantry and inventory
  • Coordinating with vendors for office matters
  • Assisting in company events, team bonding activities
  • Filing and other ad-hoc administrative duties

Job Requirements:

  • O Level/ Nitec/ Diploma Holder
  • On-the-job training will be provided
  • Team player and able to work in fast-paced environment
