ACCOUNTS CLERK

Job Description:

. Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation).

. Prepare monthly financial reports and statements.

. Monitor job costing for marine engine manufacturing and repair projects.

. Manage billing, invoicing, and payment collection.

. Track inventory and workshop expenses.

. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and authorities.

. Support budgeting and other finance tasks.

Requirements:

. Degree in Accounting or Finance.

. 4 years of accounting experience (manufacturing/engineering/marine industry preferred).

. Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.

. Knowledge of accounting standards and statutory requirements.

. Detail-oriented, organized, able to meet deadlines.

. Good communication and teamwork skills.
