ACCOUNTS CLERK/ EXECUTIVE (Part time)
Job Description
- Work closely with senior account executive in managing day to day activities of the finance department.
- Full set of accounts includes managing accounting records, monthly financial statements, projects costs analysis and recommendation
- Preparation of progress work claims and process invoices for payment
- Suppliers invoices and discrepancies, work with relevant department to resolve
- Assist in audit and year- end activities
- Other admin duties as and when needed
Job Requirements
- Candidates who are able to use AutoCount Zero will have an advantage
- Minimum qualification: Diploma or LCCI in Accountancy.
- Min 5 years of working experience in the construction sector is preferred
- Able to work independently with min supervision
- This is a part-time role with the potential for conversion to a permanent position, subject to performance and business requirements.
